Alright! I didn't lose my diary! I wasn't sure becuse its been months since I last updated. So here's the express version of my life since my last post.
Still teaching, still doing good with that. Into the 3rd quarter and going strong. I'd put more details here, but when I get started talking about school I never shut up, and my newest goal is to do my best to make my job just my job, not my whole life. I have to do that in order to keep my sanity. Once I leave that school building, I will leave it behind. Yeah right...we'll see how this one goes.
Well, its still a little lonely here. Haven't made any friends outside of work, but then, I don't have a life outside of work so where would I make friends. This is something else I plan to remedy asap with my new goal about work being just work. This should else be easier once we move closer to where we work. Which brings me to my biggest news as of late: Chris's dad got transfered to Charleston, SC and we have been given permission to move into their house for a few years while they are gone. We will be living rent-free in a house! We're very excited, although I still have some reservations about it. It would be nice to move into a house that is truly mine that I can do whatever I want with. But I can't think of too many bad things about living rent-free and saving money! Hopefully we will be able to take the next step in our marriage pretty soon. I won't actually say the words, but you can probably guess what I might be referring to.
